RL Books is a division of the R & L Group are a multidisciplinary company that holds interests in Publishing, Academic , Digitization,Online licences Computer Software Supply License Management, IT ’ R & L is wholly owned and operated by historically disadvantaged people(PDI), including all staff employed within the group.

The primary drivers of the group’s operations are Ms. Oriel Buntting, and Mr. Roderick Buntting. The company has been running since 2006 and is now in an advantageous position to expand the business
substantially. In order to capitalize on the opportunities, the company needs to gear itself suitably so that
it can ensure this new phase will yield the rewards it can be afforded.

Company Background
In keeping with the current Black Economic Empowerment ethos prevailing in the country, R&L
Investments was formed in 2006 to take advantage of opportunities that were inaccessible to previously
disadvantaged individuals, in this endeavor; R &L Investments is a totally black, owned company. The company consists of two branches situated in UKZN (Howard College and 1 Empire Road Shop2a
Richmond Gauteng 2092.

The core business is Publishing, importing academic textbooks and e-book and
supplying digitization,ebooks,e-learning ,online content management services.With innovation and
technology supplying to Students, Libraries, University’s, nursing colleges, schools and government

submission of two business outlets will form the core of the group.
